Nature of the service

CADS-Tunnel is an end-to-end-encrypted tunnel and agent-relay infrastructure, currently operated as a research/demonstration project.

Liability for third-party content and services (§§ 7–10 TMG/DDG)

Third parties ("users") can operate their own workflow pipelines, agents, and services reachable through them on this platform. The respective users alone are responsible for this user-provided content and services — the operator does not adopt this content as its own. Transmitted payload data is delivered end-to-end encrypted; the operator has no technical means of knowing its content. Upon becoming aware of concrete legal violations, the relevant access/content is reviewed without delay and blocked or removed as required. Further details are set out in the Terms of Use.
